- Onion paste -- 3 tbsp
- Tomato --- 2 medium size
- Whole ground spices ( whole garam masala) -- Green cardamom 2 to 3, Cloves -- 2 to 3, Cinnamon sticks -- 2 small
- Poppy seeds -- 1 tbsp
- Whole dry red chili -- 3 to 4
- Tomato sauce -- 2 tbsp
- Cooking oil or refined oil --- 5 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Green chilies for garnishing
Directions
Anda curry or egg curry is one of the popular dishes of Indian cuisine. in this recipe, video, I have made egg curry in a different way, egg yolk and egg white are separated to make the curry and I have used a unique combination of spices which gives the dish a little different taste than regular egg curry.
