Cilantro lime dressing with garlic and lime juice.
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped cilantro (about 12 sprigs) loosely packed
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp. lime juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp. white vinegar

Directions
Rinse the cilantro well and pat dry with paper towels.
Remove the stems and discard.
Roughly chop the cilantro.
Add all of the ingredients to your blender and blend for 1 minute.
