
My favorite childhood cake my mom would make for me. Mmmmm delicious.
Ingredients
- 8 OZ. CREAM CHEESE
- ½ CUP MARGARINE
- 1 CUP POWDER SUGAR
- 1 TSP. VANILLA
- 1 LARGE BAG OREO’S, REGULAR OR DOUBLE STUFF
- 16 OZ. COOL WHIP
- 2 3 OZ. PACKAGES OF FRENCH VANILLA PUDDING
- 3 CUPS MILK
Directions
1. Spray bottom of 9 X11 pan with Pam cooking spray.
2. Crush oreo’s using food processor or blender or put into a Ziploc bag & crush; the finer, the better.
Put ½ of crushed oreo’s into bottom of 9 X 11 pan.
3. Using an electric mixer, mix cream cheese, margarine, powder sugar, vanilla and cool whip in a large bowl.
4. Using an electric mixer, mix pudding and milk in a separate bowl.
5. Combine steps 1 & 2 using mixer until fluffy.
6. Pour mixture on top of crushed oreo’s.
7. Pour remaining crushed oreo’s on top of mixture.
8. Refrigerate until firm – several hours or overnight.
You can also make things a little more fun by putting in a bucket and/or adding gummy worms.
