Two Day Chili

I love making this chili and it's a huge crowd pleaser!


  • Black beans 3 cups dried
  • pinto beans 3 cups dried
  • kidney beans 3 cups dried
  • ground beef 3lbs
  • fresh or canned diced tomatoes
  • water or broth
  • Spices all to taste
  • salt
  • pepper
  • onions
  • garlic
  • chili powder
  • coriander
  • cumin
  • chili pepper
  • cayenne pepper
  • Toppings
  • diced red onions
  • diced green onions
  • cheese
  • sour cream
  • tomatoes
  • cucumbers
  • fritos


Soak the beans overnight in water with a little lemon

Drain and rinse beans, add to pot
Add beaf
Add tomatoes and your liquid
Bring to boil then simmer for hours.
Add spices to taste (Cumin is important)

Set all the toppings in individual bowls.
