You need to dip those summer rolls (spring rolls?) into something.
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 tbsp sambal oelek (chile sauce)
Heat oil in a saute pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant. Add water, hoisin sauce, peanut butter, and sambal oelek, stirring until combined.
Bring to boil, and then transfer to a bowl to cool.
