I use this glaze on my doughnuts. It's nice and light, with a good crack when you touch it. For a thicker glaze, increase the ratio of powdered sugar to water.
Ingredients
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Whisk together ingredients and use immediately.
