
These are great grilled or served in a soup. If you grill them, just brush them with teriyaki sauce as they grill. If you add them to a soup, give them about 15 minutes to cook as the soup simmers.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 brown onion, peeled
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4" piece ginger, peeled
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
18 meatballs
Directions
Add ingredients to a food processor and process until it creates a ball of fine meat.
Scoop out tablespoon-sized balls.
Use immediately.
