- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1" ginger, grated
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp black vinegar
- 1/2 block tofu, cut into cubes
- handful fresh cilantro, chopped
- toasted sesame seeds
Heat the oil over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, ginger, and red chili flakes. Cook until fragrant. Remove from heat and combine with soy sauce and vinegar.
Place tofu in a serving dish. Top with soy mixture, cilantro, and sesame seeds.
