
This is not a dish in itself but makes for a nice crunchy addition to things. I recommend keeping a little on hand and tossing it where you might otherwise use roasted sesame seeds or where a tiny texture is needed.
Ingredients
- 1 cup quinoa
1 cup
Directions
Preheat oven to 350ยบ.
Spread quinoa on a cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, just as those little guys start popping.
Cool before storing.
