This is my go-to recipe. I prefer it thick!
Ingredients
- 1 cup dark soy sauce
- 1 cup mirin
- 1/2 cup superfine sugar
1 1/3 cups
Directions
Combine ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce to a simmer and cook until the sauce reduces and thickens, about 45 minutes.
