Ingredients
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 tsp fish sauce
- 6 stalks of celery stalks, thinly sliced
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 Fresno chile pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/2 bunch cilantro leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup roasted, salted peanuts, chopped

Directions
Whisk together the oil, lime juice, and fish sauce. Toss with the celery, green onions, chile pepper, cilantro, and peanuts.
