These are amazing.
- 1 tbsp peanut oil
- 1 cup raw peanuts, skins optional
- 1 tbsp sichuan pepper corns
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp kosher salt
Head peanut oil over medium heat. Add peanuts and sichuan pepper corns. Cook, stirring occasionally, until they turn golden.
Submerge in an ice bath to prevent overcooking the peanuts.
Toss with red pepper flakes and salt.
Cool completely before serving.
