This dressing is fantastic. It's basically a more sophisticated and silkier ranch dressing, making it a great complement to something spicy. You can use it anywhere you might normally use ranch but want a lighter, spicier, and more special taste.
You should know that the original recipe is more elaborate. I pared it down because I hate measuring spices.
Ingredients
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp fresh thyme
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 lemon, juiced
1 1/3 cups
Directions
Add all the ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth.
