ricotta with figs, honey, and toasted pine nuts

This was pretty good, but next time I would use a shallower dish so I can spread it all out.
Ingredients
- 1 cup ricotta
- 1 tbsp toasted pine nuts
- 1 fresh fig, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 pinch sea salt
Directions
Put about a cup of ricotta in a bowl. Top with pine nuts and figs. Drizzle with honey. Finish it off with a sprinkle of nice sea salt.
Serve with toasted slices of baguette or other crusty bread.
