
Nothing like the spicy/sweet, hot/refreshing taste of spicy cukes! I love this as an appetizer in the Asian restaurant sense--something to get your appetite going.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 english cucumber
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
8 servings
Directions
Mix sriracha, sesame oil, brown sugar, and soy sauce.
Cut cucumber in half lengthwise, and then chop into 1/4-1/2 inch bite-sized half-circles. Toss with the sauce. Let sit for 1 hour.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve.
