- 1/2 lb king oyster mushrooms
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3 slices ginger
- 3 Thai chillies, halved
- 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 3 green onions, trimmed and sliced
Slice mushrooms into 1/4" slices.
Hear oil over high heat. Add garlic, ginger, and chillies. Stir. Once fragrant, add the mushrooms. Stir.
Once the mushrooms turn golden, add the broth, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Cook untouched until the liquid is nearly gone. Add the green onions and stir.
Serve over rice.
