
Mustard gave my salmon a little kick. Next time I plan to add a little honey and see if it tastes even better.
Ingredients
- salmon fillets
- dijon mustard
- garlic powder
- salt
- pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 500ยบ.
Place salmon skin-side down (if it has skin) on a foil-lined baking sheet. Spread about 1 tablespoon of dijon mustard atop each filet. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Bake on the medium rack for 25-30 minutes until the top has a nice deep color. Finish under the broiler.
Serve.
