
This dressing is pretty light and makes for a tasty vinaigrette that highlights the flavor of raw veggies.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup white miso
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil (not toasted)
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated

Directions
Whisk together ingredients. If you're feeling up to it, use an immersion blender to really bring it all together.
