
The grapefruits in Texas are beautiful! This dish--is it even a dish?!-- was a nice way to clean the palette on Thanksgiving.
Ingredients
- 3 large ruby red grapefruits
- 1/4 fresh mint leaves, packed
6 sides
Directions
Remove the peel and core of the grapefruit, and cut into cubes. Slice mint leaves, and toss with the grapefruit.
Serve.
