Here's Kevin's latest morning ritual. I have to admit, it's good. And just imagine the fiber you get from eating kale stem!
Ingredients
- 2 stalks kale, stems and all
- 1 handful fresh parsley
- 1 fuji apple, peeled and cored
- 1 banana
- 3/4" piece of fresh ginger, peeled
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 dozen ice cubes
4 servings
Directions
Combine the ingredients in a blender and process on high until smooth (about 1-3 minutes depending on the blender).
