
This slaw is tasty and easy.
Ingredients
- 1/2 head green cabbage
- 2 fine slices red onion
- 1 tsp superfine sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp canola oil
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds

Directions
Core the cabbage and slice it as finely as possible. Finely chop the onions.
Whisk together the sugar, soy sauce, oil, and vinegar. Toss with cabbage, red onion, and sesame seeds.
Serve immediately.
