Boozy!
This recipe is based on that of The Buena Vista, where it all happened. Or at least Irish coffee as we know it here in the states.

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup brewed coffee
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey
- 1 dollop whipped cream
Directions
Fill your heatproof glass or mug about 3/4 full with coffee. Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
Add the whiskey. Give it another stir.
Top with whipped cream.
Enjoy immediately.
