
Here's a quick and easy marinade when you need grilled chicken for an asian-y recipe.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Chinese black rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 glove garlic, minced
4 servings
Directions
Whisk together the soy sauce, vinegar, corn starch, sugar, wine, sesame oil, and garlic. Add the chicken and turn over to completely coat the chicken. Set aside.
Heat your grill. Once it's hot enough, add the chicken. Grill until the outside has a nice char and the inside is cooked. (I wing it but you can take the temperature.)
Serve immediately.
