green tea and berry smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups strong green tea, chilled
  • 2 tbsp honey or agave nectar
  • 1 orange, peeled and seeded
  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups berries, frozen
2 servings

Directions

Combine the ingredients in a blender and process on high until smooth (about 1-3 minutes depending on the blender).
