Ingredients
- 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- salt to taste

Directions
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onions. Cook until they take on color, stirring occasionally. Add the broth and simmer until the liquid is nearly evaporated (about 15 minutes). Reduce the heat to low and cook another 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
Combine the onions, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Salt to taste.
Serve.
