
Ingredients
- 8 oz noodles
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup stock
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sriracha chile sauce
- 2 tsp ginger, finely minced
- 2 tsp sesame oil

Directions
Heat a large pot of salted water. Cook noodles al dente according to the package. Drain.
Whisk together the rest of the ingredients. Toss with the noodles to warm. Serve immediately.
