
This is a nice standard cole slaw recipe. Use it as a base for something outstanding!
I didn't use his recipe, but I enjoyed reading up on cole slaw philosophy from "Meathead":

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp celery seeds
- 1/2 head cabbage (about 1 lb)
- 1 carrot
- 1 slice red onion (about 1/8" thick)
- black pepper to taste
4 servings
Directions
In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, mustard, vinegar, and celery seeds.
Finely slice the cabbage. Grate the carrots and onion. Toss with the dressing. Top with black pepper.
Set aside for about 1 hour to let the flavors come together.
