chorizo and clams

I would never cook clams. They scare me. I have no idea how to do it, but this recipes seems so easy and...well, chorizo is involved so it has to be good.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. chorizo
  • 3 lb clams
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp parsley

Directions

Saute chorizo. Add clams. Cook until simmering and clams start to open.

Add butter, salt, and lemon.

Once all clams have opened and the butter has melted, add parsley and eat!
