These things speak for themselves. I like to serve them with chow mein so that it's kind of like Chinese spaghetti and meatballs. That's how I roll.
I'm in the process of developing my own tare:

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup panko
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup tare (teriyaki sauce)
2 dozen
Directions
Preheat oven to 400ยบ.
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Then roll meat into balls and place on a baking sheet. (Size depends on preference. I like them smaller, about 1".)
Bake for 30 minutes. (You can give the pan a shake if you want. I let them just sit there and cook.)
Remove and eat/use immediately.
40 minutes

Yes, that's right. The meat was pretty moist when I formed the balls, but it worked out well.
Quick check..you use the tare in the balls, not just an accompaniment?
I can't get enough meatballs! They're so easy and such crowd-pleasers. Buffalo chicken meatballs is now in my sights. I have a bottle of Frank's RedHot that needs a purpose... Turkey meatballs sound good, too...
mmm. i need to try these. Have you had the buffalo chicken meatballs from TJs? They're GOOD! I've also made some yummy turkey meatballs adapted from smitten kitchen.
