I am in love with Earthbound Farm's Herb Blend salad greens. This is what I used in the photo. For the vinaigrette, I recommend my oh-so tasty balsamic vinaigrette:
- 2 handfuls (about 5 oz) salad greens
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette
- 1 dozen cherries, pitted and halved
- 2 dozen almonds, roasted and salted
Toss the salad greens and cherries with the vinaigrette. Divide between two plates. Top with almonds.
