Chaat Masala

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp coriander seeds
  • 1 tbsp whole black peppercorns
  • 3 tbsp amchur (mango powder)

Directions

Heat a skillet over medium-low heat. Add cumin seeds, coriander seeds, and black peppercorns. Roast until fragrant, about 10 minutes. Let cool.

Grind seeds to a fine powder. Mix well with amchur.
