This dressing was easy to make, and the flavor was fantastic.
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 anchovies
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 oz parmesan, finely grated
about 1 cup
Blend all the ingredients together using a food processor. Use immediately or refrigerate.
