Ingredients
- 1 tbsp butter
- 8 stalks celery, trimmed and sliced
- 1/2 cup stock
- salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Heat the butter in a large saute pan over medium-high heat. Add the celery and stir well. Add the stock and saute, stirring often, until the liquid becomes a glaze and the celery takes on color. Salt and pepper to taste.
