
This is a simple yet flavorful vinaigrette. I love shallots so they're always on hand, but I'm sure a red onion will due if you're in a pinch.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 shallot, peeled
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup
Directions
Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
