Here's Kevin's latest morning ritual. I have to admit, it's good. And just imagine the fiber you get from eating kale stem!

Ingredients

  • 2 stalks kale, stems and all
  • 1 handful fresh parsley
  • 1 fuji apple, peeled and cored
  • 1 banana
  • 3/4" piece of fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 dozen ice cubes
4 servings

Directions

Combine the ingredients in a blender and process on high until smooth (about 1-3 minutes depending on the blender).
