Ingredients

  • INGREDIENTS--
  • For 1 cake
  • • 80 g oatmeal
  • (or flour)
  • • 2 ripe bananas
  • • 1 egg
  • • 2 tbsp. to s. 0% white cheese
  • • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • • 2 tbsp. to s. maple syrup
  • • 5 nuts
  • • 10 hazelnuts
  • • 10 almonds
  • • 2 big squares of chocolate at + 70%

Directions

STEPS OF RECIPE--

- Preheat your oven to 180 ° C.
- Start with the dry ingredients: mix very finely
oatmeal to reduce to flour then crush roughly nuts, almonds, hazelnuts and chocolate.
- Mix all the dry ingredients together and set aside.
- Then the liquid ingredients: mix bananas, egg, cheese white and maple syrup then add the yeast.
- Combine dry ingredients with your liquid preparation then mix well.
- Pour your preparation into a food silicone cake mold (without fat).
- Add some walnuts and some flaked almonds on top of your cake.
- Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 180 ° C (check cooking with from the tip of a knife).
