This picture isn't particularly appetizing, but this was so tasty.
- 1 T olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 T ginger, minced
- 8 heads baby bok choy, rough chop
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1 T mirin
- 1/2 T toasted sesame oil
Heat olive oil over medium high heat and sauté both garlic and ginger until fragrant, about a minute. Add bok choy and all remaining ingredients. Cook while tossing for about 5 minutes, until wilted.
