Ingredients
- Miso dressing
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons yellow miso
- 3 large garlic cloves, peeled
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh ginger
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- squirt tubed wasabi to taste
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- 1/8 cup mayonnaise
- Salad Ingredients
- 1 package broccoli slaw
- 1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
- 4 cups chopped kale
- 1/2 cup chopped toasted almond slivers
4 servings
Directions
Blend all dressing ingredients in a blender.
Combine salad components. Toss with dressing.
Don't eat it all at once. It should make 4 portions. :)
