Miso Broccoli Slaw

Ingredients

  • Miso dressing
  • 1/3 cup rice vinegar

  • 3 tablespoons yellow miso
  • 
3 large garlic cloves, peeled

  • 2 teaspoons sugar

  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh ginger
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • squirt tubed wasabi to taste
  • 
1/8 cup olive oil
  • 1/8 cup mayonnaise
  • Salad Ingredients
  • 1 package broccoli slaw
  • 1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 4 cups chopped kale
  • 1/2 cup chopped toasted almond slivers
4 servings

Directions

Blend all dressing ingredients in a blender.

Combine salad components. Toss with dressing.

Don't eat it all at once. It should make 4 portions. :)
