Ingredients
- Spicy Cocoa Paste
 - 1/2 Stick cinnamon stick
 - 4 nos Green Cardamom
 - 3 nos Cloves
 - 1 teaspoon Coriander seed
 - 20 grams Ginger
 - 2 tablespoon Marmalade
 - 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
 - 1 tablespoon water
 - Spicy Cocoa
 - 200 ml milk (for 1 tablespoon
 - of spicy cocoa paste)
 - 1 nos Star anise
 - as need pink peppers
 
Directions
Break the cinnamon with hand, halve the green cardamom.
Fragrant the cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and the mustard seed in a pan, saute until a wisp of smoke begin to escape. Remove the spice from the heat immediately and set to grind or pound.
