This is a pretty easy pie to do with the kids and it also looks pretty...BONUS!
- 1 pecan graham cracker crust, cooled
- 1 lb cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced in half
Mix the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
Add the sour cream and vanilla and mix until combined.
Spread the filling evenly over the crust.
Arrange the berries on top.
Chill for at least 8 hours until filling sets.
