Roasted Garlic and Olive Pizza

Roasted Garlic and Olive Pizza by car2ngrl

So can you do with leftover bagna càuda? MAKE PIZZA!

Using Joanie's quick pizza dough and a few additional items from the fridge and pantry, I've came up with this lovely meal.

Ingredients

serves 4-6

Directions

Preheat oven to 450º.

Sprinkle corn meal on a wooden dough pizza peel. Stretch out dough and place it on top.

Spoon the bagna càuda oil onto the dough. Make sure you get some of that delicious anchovy paste. I also used a pastry brush to make sure the oil cover every inch of the pizza.

Remove a few cloves of roasted garlic from the bagna càuda and slice. Place the garlic onto the pizza.

Add additional toppings -- olives, basil, and cheese.

Bake for 10-15 minutes.

Remove pizza and let cool before slicing.

*Includes time associated with making the dough.

about an hour
