This one is good for the kids -- no baking [obviously] and they're allowed to get their hands dirty with sweet goodness.
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups oats
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Line cookie sheet with wax paper.
Mix sugar with soften butter.
Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
Roll into balls and place on cookie sheet.
Refrigerate or freeze to set.
