Cool. Refreshing. SUPER easy. Even better over vanilla ice cream.
- 3 cups blueberry juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
Mix all ingredients and put in a shallow dish or other container that fits in your freezer.
Freeze and stir every hour or so.
When it gets more solid, scrape with a fork.
Eat alone or spoon it over a scoop of ice cream.
