So if you visit Disneyland, I highly recommend visiting Big Thunder Ranch BBQ. Not only is it all-you-can-eat but the food is great...especially the slaw.
For those of you who can't make it out to Disneyland, here's the recipe.
Ingredients
- DRESSING
- 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- SALAD
- 1 lb shredded green cabbage
- 1 lb shredded purple cabbage
- 2 carrots, shredded
6-8 servings
Directions
Whisk together the dressing ingredients, drizzling the oil at the very end to create an emulsion.
In a large bowl, toss the salad with the dressing.
Refrigerate for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
about 3 hours
