BBQ Pulled Pork Pizza

So you made the slow cooker pulled pork tacos but have leftover pork the next day? No worries. Just make pizza!

Ingredients

  • Quick Pizza Dough
  • BBQ PORK TOPPING
  • 2 cups Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • OTHER TOPPINGS
  • 2 cups cheese
  • 1 medium purple onion, sliced thinly (optional)
  • 1 cup cooked corn (optional)
  • 1 cup pineapple (optional)
4-6 servings

Directions

Preheat oven to 425ยบ.

While you wait for the Quick Pizza Dough to go through it's final rise, mix all the BBQ pork topping ingredients in a bowl and set aside.

When the dough's ready, assemble pizza with desired ingredients and bake for 10-15 minutes.
