- 10 cups sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 Tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Add potatoes to large pot and cover with water. Bring to boil and then cook for about 8-10 minutes until they're fork tender.
Drain well then return to the pot.
Add remaining ingredients then mash and mix.
