
A slow cooked version of a classic banana bread using healthy ingredients. It’s packed full of ripe bananas and natural sweetness, with a few chocolate chunks throw in!
Ingredients
- 3 large Bananas with black spots
- 50g Honey (optional)
- 1 cup of oats
- 4 cups of water
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- Pinch of Ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Bicarbonate of soda
- Grated zest of 1/2 orange *
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 4 Eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped chocolate
- 1/3 cup coconut
