TJ's Shells and White Cheddar with Kerrygold Butter

This one is for the kid, but I have to eat it too so I use Kerrygold. Melting the butter seperately and whisking in the cheese seems to add something. I add veggies and salmon when protein is needed.
Ingredients
- One box Trader Joe's Shells and White Cheddar
- 3-4 tablespoons Kerrygold Pure Irish Butter - Salted
Directions
Cook pasta per box directions. A few minutes before paste is ready melt 3-4 tablespoons of Irish butter in a small sauce pan. Add the cheese packet to butter by slowly whisking. Remove from heat.
Drain pasta return to pasta pot and then over low heat add the butter/cheese with a spatula and mix into the pasta.
If desired, add veggies, salmon . . .
