- 2 Pumpkins
- 6 filleted Mushrooms
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese
- Grated rind of lemon
- Lime juice
- ¼ teaspoon ACADO™ garlic infused oil
- ¼ teaspoon white vinegar
- Salt and Pepper

Directions
1. Make a layer of sliced pumpkins, mushrooms and Parmesan cheese.
2. Add the grated rind of 1 lime over.
3. Add lime juice, ACADO™ garlic infused oil, white vinegar and salt and pepper to taste.
