
Strawberry bread is a simple and easy bread recipe with fresh strawberries. This bread tastes soft, moist and sweet with only a few ingredients.
Ingredients
- 8 oz STRAWBERRIES RAW
- 1.50 cup ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
- 1 cup SUGARS GRANULATED
- 0.50 cup OIL
- 0.50 cup WALNUTS CHOPPED
- 0.50 tsp BAKING SODA
- 0.50 tsp SALT TABLE
- 0.50 tsp VANILLA EXTRACT
- 2 no EGG WHL RAW FRSH
Directions
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees and grease the loaf pan with oil.
Sift flour, salt, and baking soda together. Puree the fresh strawberries using a blender (8 oz of strawberries yield a cup of puree).
In a wide bowl beat eggs, add oil, sugar, strawberry puree, flour mixture and mix well.
Pour the batter into a prepared loaf pan and bake in the pre-heated 350 degrees oven for 55 - 60 mins or until the toothpick inserted in the center of a loaf pan and comes out clean.
Cool the bread slightly in a baking pan itself and run a sharp knife around the corners of a loaf pan and remove the bread gently. Allow the bread to cool completely on a wire rack. Slice and serve.
